If you guys want to smoke, then go ahead!!! But don't smoke in the house!!! Are you think that this house only got you guys!!! Please think about other people who also live in this house!!! No everyone like the smell of smoke!!! So please, if want to smoke then go outside!!! If you didn't respect other people, then other people will also didin't respect to you......
And you guys are also the student of DTMP... What use to you guys to study about DTMP... You don't even know the meaning of healthy... And also the causes of the people who didn't smoke... The people who didn't smoke will have a high risk to get cancer compare to the people who was smoking... This is because the person who was smoking can exhale the smoke ever if the percentage no many however to the person who didn't smoking, the percentage of smoke to exhale when us inhale the smoke from the smoker is zero... We don't even know when we was inhaled the smoke... So, please care about you friend and family... Don't involved an innocent person... Please Stop Smoking!!!

 - Wear comfortable, properly fitted footwear and comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate for the weather and the activity.
 - Find a convenient time and place to do activities. Try to make it a habit, but be flexible. If you miss an exercise opportunity, work activity into your day another way.
 - Use music to keep you entertained.
 - Don't overdo it. Do low-to moderate-level activities, especially at first. You can slowly increase the duration and intensity of your activities as you become more fit. Over time, work up to exercising on most days of the week for 30-60 minutes.

haiz... today is a boring day~~ nothing to do... but need waiting for result last semester and this midterm. haiz... hope the result will be ok~~ haha~~ worry... T.T And have a bad mood... but can't do anything... so just ignore it...
Hi this is the new word that i was learning today :
Today was a first day of april and also a new begining of this month. The college was notice for every student that the results will be post up on april (this month). I feels strain because be afraid of my result. I conducted my study stint for 3 years in PTPL college. And i will be more effort, so i can get a good result. Of course will not get a good result if i didn't prepared inadequate. I will also try my best to cope every problem in study. Example, i will ask a teacher or do a research by myself.
When i was at home(Sibu), sometime i will dismantle my computer to clean a dust that inside the computer, so that the computer will look cleanly. But need becareful when you clean the computer because the case of computer will have a little sharp. I will ignore the wound if that wound no very serious. But, if i didn't wash the wound as fast as possible, the blood will become clot in a few minutes.
Sometime my dad will go play badminton with his friend. So he will call back to home timely, when we have a bit feel hungry. I feels very thankful that i have a good dad that will care our family.
The drain in front of a house that i was living now, sometimes will clog up because of the rubbishs they throw. Example the bottle after they finish consume.

My name is Caroline Ng Chen Chen or you can call me caroline. Actually i don't really like people calling me chen chen in Malay or English as i am not familiar with others to call me like that. However it will be ok for me if they call my name in Mandarin. This is because i don't really like my last name. For all that i will still appreciate it as my last name was given by my grandmother. My birthday is on November 04, 1990 so l'm now still 19 years old as i haven't celebrate my birthday yet. My birth place was at Sibu.
I'm interesting in activities such as playing badminton, basketball, pool and so on. I ever participated in scout when i was in secondary school till i successfully obtained the highest badge for the activity.
